Ashley Estep began her career with Ross & Matthews in 2014 and quickly developed a passion for supporting both employees and the firm’s mission of serving LegalShield members. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles within the organization, gaining experience across multiple departments and developing a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations. Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement led to her promotion to Assistant Director of the LegalShield Division, where she helped guide the department through periods of growth and change.

In 2023, Ashley transitioned into the role of Director of Firm Operations. Drawing on more than a decade of experience with Ross & Matthews, she works closely with the firm’s leadership team to support strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the organization. Her extensive institutional knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to operational excellence make her a valuable resource to management and staff alike.
