Amy Dodd began her employment in an entry level position within the firm in 2008. She spent the next four years steadily moving through departments and gaining valuable knowledge. In 2011 Amy received LegalShield’s Inaugural Customer Service Consultant of the Year award for her responsiveness and compassion when resolving member concerns. She left the firm in 2012 to pursue a career in real estate but was persuaded to return in 2015 to join the management team. Amy is well-versed in multiple departments with a strong sense of procedural operations. Her prior experience combined with nuts and bolts knowledge of procedures and LegalShield coverage make Amy a great asset to management and staff alike. Amy attended Tarleton State University and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. As a side venture, Amy procures antiques for private clientele and her designs are featured at a local boutique. When the weather is nice you can find Amy hiking and camping with her two children, refurbishing furniture or eating a cupcake.
